What are your delivery costs?

Shipping World Wide costs £3.50, All items are sent First Class Royal Mail. Please note this is not a trackable service so a tracking number will not be supplied.

How can I pay for my order?

Payment is taken via Paypal. The safe, secure and easy way to pay. 
You can use a credit or debit card with no Paypal account needed. 
You can also use a current Paypal balance if you already have and account or transfer funds direct from your bank account.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email.

Do you deliver to my country?

We offer delivery to a large selection of European and Worldwide destinations. Please contact us to make sure we can deliver to your country.

Will I have to pay import or customs charges?

Any deliveries within the EU are exempt from these charges. For other Worldwide destinations such as the USA, Canada & Switzerland, the recipient will be responsible for any charges once the parcel reaches its destination. Atherton Racing has no control over theses costs, and we are not in a position to inform you how much it will cost as prices vary from country to country.

What do I have to do to return an item to you?

In the event that you need a refund or would like to exchange an item, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges page.

What happens if I receive my order and it is damaged, or there are items missing?

This must be reported to us as soon as possible and we will take the appropriate action.

If I am not home when the couriers try and deliver my order what happens to it?

If no one is home to accept your order then you will be left a calling card and the goods will be returned to your local depot. You may contact the couriers to arrange a suitable redelivery date, or alternatively it may be possible to pick up the order from your local depot. (Please confirm this with the courier first) Identification will be required on request.

How do I return a product to Atherton Racing for replacement / refund?

If I place an order over the weekend when can I expect to receive it?

All items are shipped within 7 working days after the order being placed; no orders are processed at our end until the Monday morning.

If I place an order and something is out of stock what happens to the rest of my order?

Unfortunately if something is out of stock on your order then we will not dispatch any of your order until everything is in stock.

I have been sent the wrong item, how do I report this?

In the rare event that you have been sent the incorrect item then please contact us at sales@athertonracing.co.uk as soon as possible. We will get it sorted out as quickly as possible.

Once you have my email address and personal home/business address, is it your standard practice to send unsolicited mail?

At Atherton Racing we work on the strict principal that our customers only receive the things that they ask for. From the goods that you buy to the invoice you receive. Furthermore once your data is with us. We will not pass it on to any other companies.

All customers will automatically be added to our Atherton Racing Extended Family database, where you will receive special offers and competitions exclusive to Extended Family Members only. All customers have the option to opt out of this database.

If I've placed an order on your site, am I able to amend it later?

If you're order has already begun to be processed then you will not be able to amend your order. We start work on your order the minute you hit the checkout button, therefore amendments may not always be possible.

If I have a problem with a product that I have ordered from you, how do I get help?
